2025 MVABL Player Contract

I hereby agree and consent to the following parameters as conditions of participation in the Miami Valley Adult Baseball League (MVABL):
    
I will observe all rules as established by the MVABL’s League Charter at all times.

I understand that fighting, physical abuse of players, umpires, or spectators, and the use of abusive or offensive language will not be tolerated by the MVABL and violation of this rule could result in my banishment or suspension from the league, fines, and forfeiture of all fees paid.

I certify that I am, or will turn 18 years of age this calendar year. I understand that I cannot play in a game until I turn 18.

I realize that the total responsibility for any injury, accident, incident, illness, or death to me or my person while participating in ANY MVABL-affiliated game, practice or function, including, but not limited to any MVABL mandated or scheduled functions are solely mine. I will not hold umpires or members of the league board responsible for participating in a game where playing conditions are potentially hazardous. I fully realize that any cost incurred for any reason is mine.  

I realize that there is no guaranteed playing time on any given team, associated with regular season and tournament play.  

I understand that ejection from a game (before, during, or after) will result in a $50 fine as well as an automatic 1-game suspension, at a minimum. No exceptions.

By acknowledging this agreement, I release the Miami Valley Adult Baseball League from any liabilities or cost.

I fully agree that the terms and conditions of this agreement are binding.
